By subscribing to or using MFP, you agree to these Terms.⸻1. Service DescriptionMFP provides access to structured fitness training programs delivered through a mobile application powered by Trainerize.MFP offers:
• Pre-built training programs
• App-based workouts with exercises, sets, reps, and rest times
• Progress tracking and workout historyMFP does not provide medical advice, personalized coaching, or one-to-one support.⸻2. EligibilityYou must be at least 18 years old to use MFP.By using the service, you confirm that you are physically able to perform exercise and that you accept full responsibility for your health and safety while training.⸻3. Subscription & BillingMFP is offered as a monthly subscription.
• Billing is processed securely by our payment provider.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods unless required by law.⸻4. Account AccessAfter subscribing, you will receive an email with instructions to:
• Install the app
• Create or access your accountYou are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.⸻5. Platform & Third-Party ServicesMFP uses Trainerize as its app and training platform.Your use of the app is also subject to Trainerize’s terms and policies:

• Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• Not share your account access with others
• Not copy, redistribute, or resell any MFP contentAll training programs and content remain the intellectual property of MFP.⸻7. No GuaranteesResults vary based on individual effort, consistency, and circumstances.MFP does not guarantee specific fitness outcomes, weight loss, or performance improvements.⸻8. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, MFP shall not be liable for:
• Injuries, health issues, or damages resulting from exercise
• Losses arising from misuse of the app or training programsYou agree to use the service at your own risk.⸻9. TerminationWe reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service if these Terms are violated.⸻10. Changes to TermsWe may update these Terms from time to time.
